I did this to find out what attracts people to music magazines so i could then use some of the ideas within my own work.

Britney Spears Analysis

Before starting to plan my magazine I thought it was important to look at the various ways that artists can be represented within the cover image.I decided to analyse three Britney Spears covers to see the difference in how she has been portrayed in the cover photo.

I used illustrator to take my pictures that I took and then make them into the magazine. I also got an image of a bar code and put it on the bottom to make it look real and I added in text to both pages. I added text to create puffs that fit in with a college magazine. I also used text in the content pages to create all the titles of pages and the header. I tried to keep my house colours consisted and chose four: white, yellow, orange and pink.
